Effect
How to use:
ALERANA® vitamin and mineral complex is recommended to be taken daily during meals: for adults, 1 tablet of "Day" formula in the morning or daytime, and 1 tablet of "Night" formula in the evening. The period of administration shall be 1 month; the course of treatment may be repeated 2-3 times a year. Before using the vitamin complex for hair growth, please consult your doctor.
